Internationally the 318 features the same 2 lire 4-cyl engine putting out 129 bhp of power whereas the 320 puts out 149 bhp.

^^ Yes please
in the meantime here is a bhp>kw and kw>bhp converter
BHP/KW Converter - RAMAIR

95kw = 129bhp
110kw=149bhp

Yes, yes, I know how to convert. I went to school , but it's still slightly annoying. I mean, we're not Australians!

From my review on the 320d,

Quote:

It sure is expensive with a 29 lac on-the-road price for the 320i petrol, a 33 lac price tag for the 320d and a 37 lac tag on the full-blown 325 (all Mumbai prices). I would have thought BMW will opt for a more aggressive pricing strategy under-cutting its arch rival; more so in a country where the three-pointed star is so much more entrenched.

i still wonder how the 3 can be unstable at speeds...
i did read numerous tests in autocar uk wherein they compared the new c vs the current 3..... and the 3 took the c class left-right in terms of vehicles dyanamic perfomance. including the straight line stability....
anyway people here know more i guess..
