The door beeding is an annoying but simple issue, these are held in place using small plastic clips and the rubber beeding sometime comes off when accidentally pulled while closing door and also during cleaning.

Just press it back, this issue is with most of popular cars made in india and nobody has thought a better option to fix the beeding properly on to the doors. Most of us will be surprised if we inspect the door beedings in our car for this issue. Good part its very simple DYI to push it back in place as well as to replace at a garage at the end of its life.

@kuttapa do post the issues, well try if we can help you out.

Since it is a test car, it is highly prone to accidents due to negligent test drivers. It is possible that the accident repair work on the car has left the flaw.

And you never felt like reporting it when you owned the car?

As said by adheesh, a windshield replacement repair due to an accident may be the issue where the windshield beadings might be loose. the roof moulding ends goes inside through the windshield beading, where the water enters will get channelled through the beading and goes in the car from behind the dashboard. Had an experience with a friend's wagon R. solution - mseal.
