That means BMW recommends 95 RON which is 91 Octane.

I have no clue if BMW has made any changes to engine for India but, that's not the recommended fuel in US.

In fact, its 93 Octane recommended and 91 Octane is ok to use.

From what I see from the X3M40i owners forum, literally everyone uses 93 Octane as it's easily available at all pumps here.

Just spent some time on the East Coast driving (and being driven extensively) in my BiL's brand new 2024 X3M40i.

Awesome power, taut chassis without being over-stiff even on the 19" RFTs, minimal body roll with those adaptive dampers and great interiors without the excessive screens.

Amazing vehicle especially given the unusually rutted roads in his area which slows down most sedans. A real Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde personality!

That's wonderful to know. Which part of East Coast?

I'm sure he is enjoying it and lovin' it as much as I do. The newer ones come with mild hybrid and I haven't driven the newer version. Hope you enjoyed the pops and burbles...

Spot on. For normal road usage, its handling prowess is better than non-BMW sedans. I too have the 19" wheels and they look small for this vehicle and IMO, 20" would be perfect and will fill the wheel well properly but, with minimal sacrifice to ride quality. Sigh! maybe in next life.

You can say that again. Hope you enjoyed all the modes. In the B58 world, Ecopro is frowned upon.
