My new 325i

Hey guys, I just drove my new car from the dealer's warehouse in Bhiwandi to their showroom in Chembur! (Call me mad, but I wanted to do it!)

It had 0.7 Kms on the odo when I got in and it had somewhere around 33 Kms when I got out. Since the PDI had not been done the electronics were all kaput (no music, no air-con, etc) so it was a HOT drive-in to Bombay!

I'll be picking her up Friday. By then they'll have 'er all polished-up an' ready to go!

More once I take delivery of the car. I'll take some pics once I take the car to Pune and park it some place picturesque!

Oh well...my head's already swimming with ideas of new exhaust, window film, ECU upgrades! I think they'll stay that way...ideas!

Congratulations kbk. i see you could not resist the temptation to wait a few days more. what colour is your baby. woh take it easy with the modifications for sometime atleast, let her get run in.
i got my cousins car and getting the X5 from the same dealership. my 635csi is also standing there for service.

I just love beemers!! 325i is almost the perfect 3!. Best of Luck!

OT: A few days back i was standing with a friend during lunch break and i heard a typical diesel engine clatter from behind...i turned expecting a Indica and i got the shock of my life!!!! yes it was a 320d!!!

My disappointment was huge. My fav carmaker!! It just did not feel right!!

What's the price buddy, I saw news saying:
320i, 325i and 325d (diesel) priced at Rs 26.95 lakh, Rs 32.5 lakh and Rs 29.7 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai) respectively.
