Welcome to Cedizens Club Deepan... Enjoy...
In Chennai, the most irritating intrusions are the two wheelers. I got scratch on my car the second day of my driving. Those freeks try to squeeze through even below your undercarriage...
I don't understand why two wheelers have NO RULES nor ROAD MANNERS nor DRIVING ETHICS in this City.
Is every City in India the same...???

Is the ALPG option available on sports? How much performance degradation happens?

I heard even the regular sports model itself is not available now ( may be time being ????); ALPG - sports model is out of question.

After the 10000 km service, FE has incresed. Driven to Trichy and back last weekend. Done about 700km in 3 days. FE has incresed to 12.6km per liter - regular pertrol. Max speed done is 130km per hour.
Overall, I am happy with my car.

Is 12.6 on highway?

I did not see much of FE increase after 10000 km service with mine.

130kmph will be super steady on good roads. I have done 160kmph on the L&T road Coimbatore. Did not want to push further on Indian roads!

How much FE you are getting?

I also done 140-150 in Chennai - Bangalore highway last time; FE was 9km per liter. handling was great. turing at 120km no problems.

Getting around 9-9.5 in city and around 12-13 on highways. I use whatever is available, which is normally premium.

Same with me. I use normal petrol often.
Next time on highway I plan to use SHELL premium just for the smoothness and pickup. I haven't seen much variation in FE with premium petrol.

I've always used shell premium other than when it touched 70 bucks. The engine feels a lot smoother and I get 1-1.5km/l higher fuel efficiency than normal/speed/xtrapremium/power from BP/IOC/HP.

I have done a trip to Tirunelveli last week and back to Chennai.

Total KM : 1480 in 4 days.
FE: 13.5 avg
Fuel: regular petrol from BP
Max speed: 160km
120-140km most of the time.
Problems: None.
Roads are excellent(90% completed - 4 lane divided highway) till Tirunelveli.

Last time i have driven between 110-120km speed till Salem. I got 14.2 FE.

Due for the service this month.
