It will give the same looks externally. EX has lot more goodies for the extra amount you pay though. The interiors looks far better than LX for one.

If you will have to buy a EX only for the painted side cladding : YES

But if you are considering other differences between LX Vs EX : NO

Whats your odo reading? And you used premiums or normal diesel?

Can anyone tell me whats the current discount on safari LX in delhi?

i checked with 2 dealers and they told me no discounts...which is a bit difficult to digest...

umm they are correct NO discount and if you go for the ex pearl white a definate waiting period .. more over the lx may have a wait

No discount here at Trivandrum. But one will get teflon + under body + sun film free. Maybe mats etc...

No discount whatsoever, the dealer will willingly give accessories worth 10k and slightly more if you negotiate hard.

It speaks for the TATA's marketing and Safari brand value.

Maybe if you bargain you will get the extended warranty free or a better HU.

i have booked Lx in Mysore (karnataka) and the dealer has agreed to give me sunfilm, seat covers & mats (8.56 on road price)
is it a good deal?
