Fusion came with Fusion+ which had ABS and Airbags but could not do well due to cost factors.
All Ford vehicles come with 2 years 40000 kms warranty plan which can be extended for another 5 years which I am planning to do. Cannot take chances specially with the spare parts being expensive.

Hi Supreme, You are right there are very few Fusions on the road and I have not seen Mystic Wine colour uptil now ....... I am the only one !
I wanted the Diesel but with the current scenario of govt. cracking on Diesel and putting an environment surcharge puts Diesel vehicles under scanner. Also the power that you get in Petrol is unmatchable.....

nice colour vipul. i have never seen this colour in the fusion yet too. it looks superb. maybe you should take some shots in better lighting to do some justice to the colour.

btw...that rubber mat in the back...did it come with the car or did you buy it ? how much did you pay for it ? i really need that thing...

Hi NIP, It came as an accessory from the showroom. They charge me Rs2500 for all the mats plus the number plate plus the mudflaps....Outside it is available for Rs 700 in Delhi.

Congrats Vipul for your new ride. I am surprised that the dealer didn't even offer the basic accessories and on top of it, he fleeced you with his pricing. Looks like you have bought the car without a detailed research

Congrats, the car looks very good. But never knew that Fusion comes without ABS + Airbag, not even as an option. That's too bad. A hatch with such a powerful engine really need it atleast as an optional fitting.

I agree with supremebaleno, should have been diesel.

Yeah It is Ford my friend and they cannot budge from the operating procedures laid down by Ford as they risk the license of the dealership. I had a choice of going out and getting it done but you know how it is when you are waiting for the new car wiating to drive it for over 4 hours while the dealer does the paperwork. I am taking nothing from the dealer now....
