TOR, the first service was an experience I would rather forget. I had got the car serviced at Marketing Times Okhla and none of the jobs listed in the Job Card were performed. Since then I have shifted to Motorcraft Noida, and they have done a satisfactory job so far. I will definately post the pictures once the job is done.

Samrat25, for best results the headlight selector needs to be in the correct position. I Have not found any issues with the headlights. Just snap the A Pillar cover and it shold be OK. The quality of the plastics in the car can do with some improvement.

Amit, the EPS is OK although a little more feedback would be most welcome.

Varun, the SX4 has a picked up a wrong reputation. There are three of my friends who own the SX4 and they all get between 11 to 13 KM in city driving.

RKBharat, IT Nerd, Shankyz, guys what is the mileage you guys have been getting.

BTW, a counsellor from MSIL paid me a vist today o explain the features of the car and collect my feedback. A nice practice IMO.

I am getting 11-12 in city with 100% AC. I have never opened windows for more than few seconds.

My observation is that SX4 is very sensitive on RPM and a little spirited driving can reduce the FE badly

rkbharat, why don't you change your avatar to your stunning SX4 instead of Indica.

Well, as I reported some weeks back in my long term ownership report, I get around 12-13 kmpl with 90% AC in City Condition on normal petrol.. Highway, I get around 15 kmpl with 90% AC on (80-120 kmph most of the time) .If I toss around the car enthusiastically, I get a KM or less mileage...

Rajneesh I understand that its a case of personal preference and choice, but the color combination is looking odd.

Is that genuine leather? How much did it cost?

Sumit/ Samrat,

I wanted to pimp up the Stallion and thus the color combination. It is genuine leather in all touch areas and art leather in non contact areas ( door pads, back side of the seats) . The whole thing cost me 22K. I had placed the order on Friday afternoon, the dealer collected my car on tuesday Morning and the car was back with me on tuesday night. The Gear knob took 4 days more as it had been despatched to somewhere else. You can cla he Ask me service and they will sms you half a dozen options.

Looks very good except color combination and color of Steering wheel cover. Grey color could have been better suited there. Just my personal opinion

I am not sure if you were present while the job is done but there is a big catch for doing door trims.

Door trims in SX4 are factory fixed by pressing plastic against the fabric board. There is no screw except 2. So they should stick it back with Soldering the plastic again and use feviquick for more stability.

Rajiv, The guys did use fewikwik on the door pads. I want to go in for reversing/parking sensors now but am a bit undecided. How useful do you find them in every day use.

Modes please change the title as requsted earlier
