Try Getz Petrol for handling & ride and Verna Diesel for power.
Add both stuff and decide. I know its difficult but you dont have any other option.

hey,

I have booked getz crdi today. Bright Silver. There would be 3 bright silver getz crdi on the forum in such a short span. Cool.

Waiting time is 1 month. Delivery expected around mid july. Will start a new thread when I get it

The search for perfect alloys has begun.

14" or 15"
How is my Getz looking with those 10 spoke 14" alloys?

Hmm,

The design is looking good. However, personally I don't like black in the alloys. Dude you need to get the spoiler to make the look of Getz complete and mean.

I'm either looking for either thin multi-spokes (like the League 065B) or twin spokes together type (like the HR alloys H109, H333) in Hyper Silver or finish. Completely against chrome finish.

By the way what do you specifically think about H363.

I've already finalized the size. It's 15" with 205/50-15 Michelin PP2s.
But choosing alloys is really confusing. Pour in your suggestions.

Maybe I'll add a thread in alloys section as well

Same size as me.
PP2s are excellent tires for performance oriented ones. They are not bad on ride comfort too except road noise.

Vaibhav,
PP1's offer great handling but are noisy. I beleive noise levels are lower in PP2's as they are advanced.
Ride quality is good in my case as i have higher profile tires compared to stock ones (6mm more sidewall).

I had been to service centre for rectification of sound (burrr) when driving at 75KMPH and i change gear from 4 to 5.
Service advisor said he has no clue about the burrr sound in Getz at this speed. He said he will talk to hyundai and let me know.

He also mentioned that Hyundai did some changes in newer Getz. They have changed air filter which is of better quality that previous ones (for better volumetric efficiency). New airfilter costs around Rs. 1500 while older ones were available for 600. I dont know whether it is true or not. But even i am writing an email to hyundai about the problem.

Will keep the post updating.

I got a reply to the email.

Hyundai guys are not aware of the issue and they told me to get the vehicle checked by senior service executive from advaith hyundai.

I am planning to visit the centre soon. Will update later.

I am planning to fit one. Busy with work.
If you dont need stock horn, then remove it and install roots horn.

Senior service exec of Advaith hyundai checked my car.
He said the sound (burrr) can be because of bad quality fuel. He has asked me to get the fuel from different pump.
Even after changing the fuel, if the problem persists, then injectors will be checked.

Can anyone suggest any other solution?

May be we got to get used to this. Shift after the rev crosses 2500 rpm.
