Hey @rudrah, The car comes with Blue badge ! But that red badge would have looked really good.

Btw...can u provide me descriptive cost details of your purchase since i'm thinking on the lines to get one soon!

Also is it feasible to buy the car from Pune and get it registered here in Navi Mumbai?

How are Michelin Energy XM1+? They are supposed to last longer and give better mileage.

I recently shifted from Good Year GPS2 to Michelin PP2 and it's whole world of difference. PP2 are so much better. I was expecting poor ride due to lower profile, but it rides better and handles FAR better at the same time.

@rudrah :

Ex showroom Price : 4.30 L
Registration/Insurance/Processing : 54000
So On road Price : 4.84 L
Dealer + Corporate discount : 26 K

Hence It costed me 4.58 L on road.

Just bear in mind that I had booked it in last week of May. There was a price increase in June. I am not aware how much is the price increase but it will cost you atleast 15k more.

@RX135 : Michelin Energy XM1+ are really good. The road grip, cornering have improved. The road noise is reduced. I am not really checked on the FE difference though dealer as well said that FE will be improved slightly.

that is 1.6 MJD/MJT which is diesel & is available only in Bravo, 1.6 MJT is better in torque & efficency & generates as much power as 1.9 MJT..

FIAT , always b'cas, i cannot afford a BMW right now, only 2 brands among cars i like..

seroiusly their premier brands like ALfa romeo Spider are real good too..

i am more than happy with my 1.2 PALIO & looking out for a used FIAT PETRA with tilt steering & unique alloys which came only in that version...

FIAT, always....

Congrats Pankaj,

Excellent Choice (vehicle & colour).
I also have paid advance and booked for Fiat Palio Stile 1.6 Sport (Black Colour) with Concord Motors-Kochi and vehicle is kept ready for delivery in their Show-room, but the next auspicious day to take delivery of this black beauty is 21st March 2009, so I'm waiting for that.

I shall come back after I take delivery of this Bold & Beautiful

Drive Safe............

An Off Topic question to you Pankaj, Hope u don't mind,
I recently changed the stock tyres on my new Vista(Good year 175/65 R14) to Michelin Energy XM1+ 185/65 R14.. the same upgrade as yours,

But, i am sure you are aware that according to the Gurus, the right upsize is 185/60 R14. Since you have been driving with these tyres for a few months now, I want to know if you have noticed any problems because of that.

Would be really grateful if you can reply to my query, you will give a poor soul some peace of mind ..
Thank you
