second hand zen

hi. this is my first post here. i decided to buy a car for my college commute that is about 26kms a day and 3 days a week. first decided to buy a swift ldi and put some nice alloys. but then the deciding factor (dad) said budget problems. so started to look out for a used getz 1.3. found 2 or 3 but then FE was very low. then came down alto, problem: high price qouted everywhere here in bangalore. one guy here qouted 2.6l for a 2004 alto lxi 40000kms done. then one day one of my friends suggested to look out for used cars in free ads. there were 2 zens there. one 2003 and 2006. i went to see this 2006 model zen vxi euro 3. previous owner was a doctor and used only 21000kms. everything was stock. only additions were very bad seat covers and some lite tint. he quoted 3.2l and then dad negotiated to 2.95l. all this happened on 23rd. finally paid the amount and the got the car on 26th. removed the wheel caps, seat covers, put audio system pio6950 ( i think because my uncle got it for me dont know properly) and some jbl speakers, chrome trim, number plates. finally a car according to my taste. yesterday checked its history found everything as said by the first owner.
car is in very good condition. still a virgin. pics:

Congrats on the 'new' acquisition. The Zen is an excellent first car to buy considering it's literally Zero maintenance and decent performance. IMO you paid slightly more but then again this car is < 2 years and will give you trouble free service for at least another 5 years (if you keep it till then!) so you will eventually get a good ROI.

Congrats on you new buy. I notice a dent on the back door. Was it there previously? Looking pretty bad from RR view. Get this corrected from a body shop and then your car will look more perfect.

Congrats on your new ride and i always liked this zen model. Its a good ride to do performance mods and you can take tips from blueraven (satya) as his zen stands out in the crowd.

Nice car you go there. Not sure about the prices in your city, but what the heck? Its your first car and shes a beauty, so worth every penny. I used to always lust for a Zen. The sporty stance, the low seating position and the amazing pickup and handling. It was way ahead of its times, and we used to drool over the jellybean shape as compared to the sharp edges of the older gen cars.

Hope you have many years of driving pleasure with her. Drive safe!!!

The zen looks really nice, almost as new from the showroom.
Very well kept car. The paint has aged quite well, I guess its the polish you do .

Arent the number plates too small, wrong font? Hope you have no issues with them.

How much mileage are you getting with the FFE system. I would assume driving sedately would be very difficult.
