Has anyone here driven a Hyundai Verna diesel so we can have a comparison? In my book, it's the car the Fabia competes against- and not the smaller Swift and Palio that it only matches in size. Detractors- don't shoot the piano player please

I havent driven one, (and don't think i'd like to anyway) but have you seen the size of the tires on it ? they are skinnier than the swifts ! I wonder where all that power goes, to the exhaust ?

Mahesh, Congrats for your new buy. There are only a few t-bhipans who own a Fabia TDI.

Was unable to understand why it took 21 hrs to drive 650 kms. Are you sure about this or just a typo?

My parents were there with me and we visited few temples in Kanchipuram and Thiruvannamalai.

And then the road from Ulundhurpet to Trichy is one a hell to drive in the night.

Great looking car and color. How responsive is the engine in 'stop and go' traffic?.

Its real fun to drive this car in city traffic. With AC blower @ level 4 & in 2nd gear, its able to pickup well.

When the turbo kicks in, the car surges ahead and you will be pushed back against the seat. That is something similar to the reverse bungy jumping experience. I like it a lot.

I took my car to a famous road side temple in Chennai. I paid Rs. 150 and they decorated the car with garland and did the pooja. they tied this rope too. some holy stuff. To be frank I dont know the purpose and I havent removed it either.
