175/70 R13 is a no-no on stock wheels, don't go there. As for Mr. Anoop advising you not to buy the alloys he keeps, well that's awfully honest of him.

I would say for alloys you should look at brands like HR, League, Prestige etc. You can find more options here: alloywheelsindia.com

Thanks a lot IRaghava for your feedback.
Prestige is kept by Universal tyre house in kailash colony. I talked to Mr Harpreet there - I was extremely surprised to find that he was ready to put 5 prestige alloys + 5 Michelin XM1+ 175/70R13 with total costing at most being around 10K.
I asked him about the breakup to understand how he was saying that since in Lajpat Nagar 4 alloys alone were being quoted for 11K but he said that dont get into details - our is a wholesale job and hence we can do that.
The shop looked good to me overall ( in terms of whether they keep duplicate/wrong stuff )

I also talked to Hyundai Motor plaza guys regarding tyre width upsize - although they officially didnt recommend me anything but unofficially said not to go beyond a width of 165-170 as otherwise tyre would start touching the sidewalls.
165-170 is now less then the Michelin 175 XM1+

Guys what is the maximum width tyre that can be put on the stock i10 rim? Is it 165 and if yes which is the recommended tyre brand( i dont think you get 165 in michelin in 13" )

After discussions within famlily/friends and views expressed on the forum - I finally decided to upgrade from 1.1 Magna to 1.2 Kapp sportz - colour being the same electric red.

The car got delievered on 12th September - I took the car from Hyundai Motor Plaza at Mathura road. Reached the place around 12 PM and was free by around 4PM.

Did all the ususal checks on the car using the TBHP check list. Once I was satisfied - completed the financial formalities. After a while had the photo session followed by a congragulations/celebration song in my honour and the red hot beauty was all mine

On the accessory front - I got mud flaps and gear lock installed from the showroom. The mats were not available with them and hence decided to take them later.

Overall the delivery process and experience was very good and I will strongly recommend folks in south delhi to buy Hyundai vehicle from HMP

Mods - please update title to " Wait starts for electric red i10 1.1 Magna - Edit Its 1.2 Kappa Sportz - Now arrived"

Pics to follow soon....................

Thanks WhiteVDI and BenjiRoss

I would like to know from fellow i10 owners about any particular things to be taken care of during the run-in period.

Thanks in advance

Congrats Svaid on ur purchase. Am sure you are gonna enjoy the i10 Kappa. Well just stick on to the do's and don't in the manual during the reu-in period.

Upgrading the tyres and alloys would be a good idea.

Thanks Jango for the info
If you have a look at the posts in my thread; I intended to upgrade to alloys/michelin - but based on my research in the market as well as the information available in the market/your thread/elsewhere on team-bhp - I could not conlcude on what was the correct size/model to upgrade.
The various points under consideration were
a) impact on ride quality
b) FE
c) Changing profile may lead to tyres touching sidewalls

The fact that I luckily got bridgestone as stock with my i10 ( you can also get MRF as both of these manufacturers are suppliers to Hyundai ) kind of tilted the odds in my decision to stick to stock wheels only
