PathFinder, thats a good choice, and a worthy contender for an upgrade.
Any highway outings as yet with the car?

Congrats mate. Get rid of that Bridgestone RE-88 Rubber ASAP. Its just absolutely atrocious. Take a look at Michelin PP2 or Yoko S-Drives in 205/60/R15 or 205/55/R15.

Congrats on the new buy. The Yellow looks superb. BTW, who is the dealer in Bangalore now since Lathangi has already moved over to Ford?

One thing I liked about the looks of the CEDIA (Sports in particular) is the stunning looks especially the back!!

So here are some more snaps

Courtesy of the color, spoiler, clear tail lights and the body kit - the rear of the non sports version looks way too ordinary and let down... IMHO, the rear of the previous gen Lancer looked better!

Congrats buddy and welcome to the cedia club, by the way have you added a rear parking sensor or camera, where did you get it done?

Anything else that you have added?

Lets see some pics of the interior.

Hey congrats budy. fantastic colour choice. I saw one in flesh when I went to take my delivery of Black cedia sports and me and my wife thought for a moment abt why didnt we picked up this one. And my daughter was not ready to take home our black one. She wanted YELLOW . And yes that back looks awesome in all sports colours.

Wish u many more miles of safe driving.

Dealer Experience (Southern Motors, Bangalore)

Thanks folks – I will respond to individual queries and suggestions later, but before that I thought I should also pen down my Dealer Experience (Southern Motors, Bangalore).

Many of you should be knowing that Lathangi closed Mitsubishi dealership recently and we are left with only old Southern Motors. I was quite skeptical about these guys also since my experience with their sister concerns at Metro Ford and Mahindra dealerships were not good. After delays at my side it was 7:30PM on a Saturday that I first managed to land up at Southern Motors – an unusually deserted showroom greeted me!! But my attention was on 2 CEDIAS, one dark grey (Azure Grey) and the yellow sports. After a while, someone came from inside, realized that he was going out – on my query with difficulty he gave one brochure and gave the visiting of a sales guy. Oh! They are closed on Sunday… so it will be another week before I can get to the details.

There I left, but on Monday afternoon just tried giving a call to the sales guy. There he was ready to come down for a TD – immediately fixed for the same evening; he arrived promptly at the appointed time. Had the TD for my full satisfaction – needless to add one of the best TD I ever had. Followed up next Saturday with a visit to the showroom; had a negotiation with the sales manager and closed the deal. Since mine was company purchase, the PO took more than expected time, the dealer was quite accommodative – as mentioned earlier, the tax rate went up in between; they were even willing for a re-negotiation. The dealer also did the necessary follow-up with concerned persons in the company to get papers for registration. I had negotiated for 2 main accessories, the sun film and rear parking sensor – both were fixed promptly and correctly before delivery. The delivery was also smooth.

I am mentioning all of this because with only one dealer in Bangalore, I was not too sure of all will happen.

This is a truly majestic product!! and a very under rated one!!
Congrats on a decision well taken!

I believe had Mitsubishi Motors paired up with a brand which had some reputation and presence in the passenger car market they could have been right at the top! And who knows, the Evos might have been on our streets by now!! But thanks to HM, which has not only killed itself but also Mitsubishi, over the years, we wont be getting that anytime soon!

As for the Cedia Sport, Great car, good and appropriate choice of color. About the black trim on the doors, is it standard on the Sport or you got it done after market?
Is it some vinyl? Looks so.

Wow, what a looker! In my opinion, the best looking car on the road after Honda Civic is the Cedia Sports.Being slightly longer than the Select or Spirit versions and with a rear spoiler as well, it has got even more of a road presence. It certainly gets noticed a lot on the road.

Thus the final price was 10.05L (plus insurance) – because of all these special situations the final discount on their list came to about 64K. Good one I presume
So it came to approx 10.3 L OTR? What is the list price of Cedia Sports in Blr now?
