Wow, I didn't know people read my reviews so seriously . Congratulations!

I had almost concluded that the sales of the MJDs have stopped, (atleast in Delhi NCR) and I am the owner of a really limited edition!!

It is a powerful engine for a hatch, no doubt. I stuck to an upper limit of 2.2 k RPM for first 1000 km and 3 k RPM till about 3000 kms. But the truth is that you rarely need to go beyond 3k RPM in real world conditions, even when you step on the gas. I don't know if the engine is better or worse with all that running-in. There are no other vehicles around for me to compare.

I am satisfied with the vehicle so far... nearly 5 and a half months and 8800 kms. Service experience has been okay, despite an issue with MJD-specific oil-filter not being readily available in 2nd service. Where Delhi-NCR loses out is absence of good service centers (except Samyak motors) and total absence of MJDs on the road.

@Fiat_fan, Jazzy, JVH, snaronikar - Thanks for the compliment

@JVH - Will try to load more pictures by this week end after getting my seat covers fixed

@Autocop - Freebies I have already listed down in my initial post. OTR was 5,50,000 (rounded) which includes Extended warranty as well.

@Archiect - Palio got into my list after reading your post. I have been a passive member of TBHP from Apr as you could see here.

I have been quoted 6.5K for Saddle branded seat covers which is of art Leather and 3K for floor mat (carpet - not sure on the name). The guy said its of premium qualities not sure if I m paying more for it. Any thoughts over this please?

I haven't got a Pollution certificate with my Stile. Upon checking I was told that it's not available with Stile MultiJet as of now and can be done from any Pollution checking station outside.

Need your comments gurus over this if any of you got the certificate along with new MultiJet

@Vignesh .. I personally didnt like the interiors of Vista ( Mostly quality part of it - Just my personal opinion ). Though Palio's interiors look a bit old but it has all that required within my reach ( Just my personal view).

Apart from this the major thing is the position of the ABC pedals. They are way too high since I got used to Matiz. Also I missed the tank build.

I felt Vista is a best bet for anyone who targets Indica but not Palio.

For new cars, Pollution certificate is not needed for the first one year (from date of purchase)!

Yesterday I have noticed that the two plastic covers near the rear window from side where not properly fit in, they where shaky as well.

Not sure if its only my car or is the same with every Palio Stile. Will try to upload the pictures of it sometime later.

do they have horizontal slits and are oval in shape. They are the slots for rear speakers that fiat provides.

You probably have a mdf plank for your ovals at the rear.

Do the plastic panels move significant deal?

OR

Do you hear some sound tried to investigate and found these panels moving?
