Yet another white swift vdi on the forum!!
Well, the numbers do the talking themselves, great car. And a well chosen alloy too!!
Makes the car even more 'dzire'-able
Congratulations and like I already said, the car is looking terrific!

Congratulations again, F50! I remember the discussion we had, it was a heck of a roller-coaster ride. As long as you & your family are satisfied, thats what really counts.

Drive safe. Hope to take her for a spin sometime.

Congrats F50. Thats a nice ride. But i really guess you forgot to mention ICE in coming up. Knock there to have a bigger rollercoaster ride

Finally up and running with your report. I have been after you for ages to put it up. The last two pictures look great. So now keep the updates coming in regularly.

Yes thank you all!!

@abhiram - the rims cost Rs. 17 k for set of 4.

Yes the next upgrade is ICE, which sadly will take a bit more time than I thought. :(

Nice one, F50. Nice choice of alloys, too. I saw the same HJ ones when I was picking alloys for my Swift, but decided on a 5-spoke design instead. I already have a multispoke design on my Ikon and wanted to get something different.

Do let us know when you decide to get the ICE.

Btw: At the time of booking my LDi, the waiting period on all diesel Swifts was close to two months. Luckily for me a friend of mine had some contacts in Vitesse and they managed to get two cars for us immediately (cars were delivered in 3 days)... both in Arctic White. They're both LDis, but I've had the power windows (from Vitesse) and central locking and keyless entry fitted. Also had my ICE done (will be upgrading the Pioneer HU soon), and my rims and tyres (Yoko A-drive 195/60 R15).

So now, the only thing I miss from the VDi model is the tacho. And I really miss it, but don't really want to fit a tacho to the dashboard because they look a little wannabe, IMHO. (No disrespect to all the other members who've had tachos done).

F50, congrats on ur decision to go with the swift DDIS, how much did you have to wait for delivery, also upgrading rims and tyres to 15" - Will maruti cover the suspension, driveshaft under warranty?

Alloys do look very nice with Swift's color. Congrats for the nice purchase decision.
