Thats quite expensive, for just a single year! I got mine for close to the same price in 2006, but for 2 years, bringing it to a total of 3 years, unlimited kms. Mine however is a petrol.

Looking at it, with the Extended Warranty being offerred, the total warranty period comes to 3 years now, including the 2 years unlimited kms from the company.

Yep, it seems expensive. Is the extended warranty for the fourth year not available at all ?

BullBoy / Buddhiraj,

Congratulations on your choice and a wonderful decision.

What is OTR price? I am seriously looking at Vista Aura and Forf IKON TDCi. I have been using Indica V2 for last 6 years and my shift is towards Ford ( to have change from Indica feel ). OTR price for Vista Aura in Pune 5.41. If the price difference is too high, then I might go with Vista (or whatever cheaper).

The above Vista price is inclusive of extended warranty.

Takecare & drive safely

thanks.
Ikon Tdci is 5.7 otr in tvm without extended warranty.
I also considered vista aura qjd which was around 5.3 otr w/o xtnd warranty.
but ruled out by family because of rear end being same as taxis (indica v2).
The rear bench and ride in vista is excellent IMO.

OT : tomorrow i'm going to freshen up my driving skills in my bro's premier padmini :-D

Bullboy Congrats for your new drive!

Hi Folks, It seems that in wishing Bullboy for his new Ikon, u forgot to answer my questions posted in previous post few days ago:-

Folks went to the dealer for the details of the delievery.

1. Delievery:-

The Delievery for Morello will be done in couple of days.

2. Accessories from Ford:-

While waiting for the confirmation went to the Ford accessories place in the showroom here are the rates and accessories I am considering, please suggest

Spoiler:- Older one at 5000
New onw at 6000 (Something simlar to what is coming in Fiesta S, was looking really cool)

Side Biddings or door protectors:- Price 1000 (will be having them definitely)

Boot release:- Price 6300 (Not sure to go)

Chrome strip:- Price 3100 ( Though exp. but still considering bcoz the no. plate place looks empty)

Combo Pack disc:- Chrome strip and Boot release at 6700 instead of 9400

Paint Job;- Price 3000 for door handles and OVRMS

KIndly Suggest!

Boot Realese is essential one if yor are working in any IT parks.
For Entry, while Security Check,we need to open the Boot.
If we don't have Boot Realese,we need to come out and open the Boot using the key.
it's really a boring work.it's very worst,if it's raining.
go for chrome strip and Boot Release combo.it's sensible.

Yes Karthik great note!

It would be very boring and annoying to do so, specially in IT parks and Hotels

Even I am considering to go for combo pack.

Whats your say on Body coloured OVRM's and Door Handles
