Congrats on the buy! Drive safe.

The copper color looks real nice.

Surprised to notice the absence of the '25th year anniversary' sticker on the tail gate of the car.All cars in the south seems to sport them.

Congrats!

Enjoy your new ride, you've made a sensible choice by buying one the best cars available in that segement.

Remeber its a desiel and a lot will depend upon how skilled you are with the gearbox. You can ride the tourge (typical of desiel engines) and keep up with petrol cars by driving in the right RPM (where you get peak tourge).

Its grossly under-tired so get them change with better ones (upsize). Get a after market tacho, its looks good and helps keep a tab on RPM's especially when you rev it hard.

....and dont forget to wear your seatbelts

Abhishek

Congrats Shanty!!! You have got yourself the hottest hatch. You will surely enjoy it forever.

Since you don't plan to go for Alloys or Tyre upgrade at the moment, why not get the Swift VDI Wheel caps. The new Swift VDI Wheel caps(not the one that comes in DZire VDI) indeed look very nice. It is the most economical way to get the looks of an Alloy Wheel

I have seen many Swift VXI with the DZire Wheel Caps. I think Maruti themselves are offering the Wheel caps of DZire in Swift VXI and VDI. It resembles the Swift ZXI Alloys.

Now that you have a Swift, be prepared to spend money on beautifying your Swift, as it is such a tempting canvas, on which you would love to experiment and modify . But one thing is for sure. You will admire it and still keep on emptying your purse, just to make it more attractive and hot. Alloys, Tyres, Headlights, Angel Eyes, Spoilers and what not. I am in such a situation, looking at my Swift everyday to find out what more can I do to make her more hot. The Swift loves to be pampered with accessories and modifications.

Anyways happy Swift-ing!!

stay away from the chrome ORVMs. finish is not very good and also the chrome loses its shine and gets rusty kind with time. not worth it IMHO.

stay away from them.

its better to get orvm painted to body color it will cost you 1.5k for all the 4 door handle and the mirrors and this will make your car look like vdi

Congrats,Nice color choice

Dont go in for chrome RVM covers
I guess RVM covers with indicators are available in all colors of swift
I know of three one black and 2 white, swifts which have these ORVM covers with indicators, and they sell for around 1K.
