I'm not a techie but I have managed to drain my Superb battery twice when I left it in my garage for about two weeks. I don't use any aftermarket fittings. I guess Skoda has a tendency to discharge itself fairly quickly if not driven regularly.

I had seen similar case with one of the owner of Laura at JMD, Andheri. His laura had been there for more than 3 weeks without the problem being rectified or even diagnosed where the problem was.
Problem: Well even after fully charging the battery during the day the battery would drain by itself by next morning.

I suppose all the unusual problem are meant to happen with Skoda cars.

Even his batteries cell must have conked off.

Well I was really happy with JMD Sakinaka.I dropped my car with them yesterday at 2.00pm and picked the car today @ 6.30pm.I have been given a spare battery by them and my new battery will be coming next week. The hose pipe is also replaced and all this FREE of cost.
I just made a smart move by removing my pioneer HU,woofers, amplifier and other wires before dropping the car at JMD.

Now my question is invinsible did my battery die because of the amplifier and two 15" subs?If I want to use them again in my car, should I take some precaution?please advise.

And yes all t-bhpians...Skoda JMD is very cooperative and they covered everything under warranty.I just had to pay 687 Rs for a small break light bulb.

Keep Revvving!!!

Experts please advice

Sorry for the delayed report.
I am selling my Superb which has done 23500 kms and 2.5 years old.I absolutely had a great time with the Superb and it was absolutely hassle free ownership with it.I did not spend an extra penny on the car except for the regular two services done at the dealership.

I just had to buy exide battery last month since the OEM went Kaput.

I have almost sold it to a client but he has pointed out two querries.
1)According to him the engine noise is significantly high
2)He says that the new superb come with bluetooth telephony and mine does not support the phone function.

Two months back I noticed slight low level on the engine oil indicator,I had shell helix one liter can in the trunk,so I poured the entire 1liter in the engine.
Is it because that I poured more than the required quantity, the engine noise is more or is it just normal for the noisy engine.I found the noise levels to be ok,but he insists that the engine noise should reduce and he would close the deal.Is there any way to reduce the engine oil quantity?
What is the best possible way to reduce the engine noise.

And does the new superb comes with phone support over the bluetooth?

17.20 for a 2.5 year old car is fairly decent. Any particular reason to sell it so soon?

An upgrade to another car from the Superb would be interesting to read. Hopefully a few years down the line, I can look into the same .

Yeah, I got the Superb preworshipped for around that price. That too an year old one at that .
