Hi, Hope the damage to the Ritz was more than the amount you are being charged. And also I hope the Service station has the spares for your car. And kudos to the Fiat build, Its built like a tank, nothing much to say about the Ritz's build quality though.

+1 to the build. A similar accident happened to our NHC Zx when a swift rear ended us. The bumper, boot and one tail light had to be replaced. And with Honda's high spare part prices, we saw a bill of 60K !.

yea this time luckily they have got the spares. but seems it will take a week for them to deliver the car back

i am back again. have got a few things to post.

car is past 25k km now. and is wonderful just like new.

gave it for regular checkup before monsoon to concorde and got it back day before yesterday and the car is in good shape

The A$$ is getting better day by day and is quite evident from the way the service is being done with constant updates from the SA (without we following up).

Yes indeed binze.

The old SA senthil has quit concorde and has joined wipro and the other SA has joined volkswagon.
So i had called mr. sairaj who inturn asked me to call Mr. Sivakumar CRM
Car was promptly picked up from my home despite it being a rainy day. I was given a loner car ( Linea silver streak dymanic) without me asking. I was promptly updated evey evening by the SA under CRM instructions. And car was duly returned back on monday. i had a few problems in car like

1. Engine noise on cold start - A/c belt changed
2.A/C cut of problem - A/c was checked
3. Gear shift was hard - Cylinder changed. adjustment with clutch done
4. RHS front door creaking noise - Parts were changed and greased
5. General service ahead of the monsoon

All these were done in perfect shape and that too under warranty. I paid only Rs.300 for the whole issue.

There is a sea of change now . The service i think is getting better. I sincerely hope they keep up the same

Few things to be done:

1. The front and back numberplate has broken off ( i has kept it glued after the mishap with ritz which occured in august and now it has given away.

Looking for a fancy numberplate now

2. 3M surface refinement

3. Updating B&M with 5.5 version

Seems that this update can play ipod too, though havent checked. will have to try in evening

called up Mr.Elangovan for HSRP numberplates. he says that HSRP has not yet been introduced. He also says he will supply but i have to take it to some local shop to fix it. No snap screws just like utsav.

What is the use? shall i go for one of these fancy numberplates?
