X5 3.0 d 400 mile test

So far 200 miles over. Words fail me - am in love - have given up an offer of the CLK 230 kompressor to keep on driving this.

More later when I have finished and regained my speech. The old man wanted pics - just snatched a few during a break in a particularly rainy day yesterday

Where in the world are you? Don't tell me you've been driving an X5 in bangalore!!!

Yup, the X5 is pretty driveable and chuckable too. Have a vid of Tiff racing the X5 vs the Porsche Cayenne.

The X5 beat it hands down. Biggest problem with the Porsche was it's inability to enter corners, which slowed it down. The Cayene has some serious understeer when pushed to the limit.

Tiff actually drifted the X5, as if it was a Subaru Imprezza.

BTW how many of you have seen this clip? For those who haven't, you will not believe what happens next!!!

Ohh yeah! The X5.. seen one of those "move" in person.... and boy does it shoot forward! For it size... it most definitely is agile!
@Shan2nu: i think the link for that video of the X5 almost toppling was posted on Team-BHP.. like turbo_lover said.... it doesn't topple.... it regains its balance and continues!! Amazing video guys.. a must see.
