I humbly thank ye all.

Well, being the first customer does have some goodies.

Since the car came loaded with all the gizmos, and that Concorde is a Tata enterprise, i did not expect any freebies.
However, the response I have received from everyone at the showroom is worth a mention.

Excellent attitude I must say from all on floor.
Every time I visited the showroom, I had someone attending me.At a later
stage, they people would directly call up the sales rep as soon as they saw me

First Drive experience :

The first thing that comes to my mind is the ride and the handling. Nothing I have driven before can match it. This is my third day behind the wheels and I can be as surefooted as I can dream of.
It is a diesel and I am no dragstar. It might not catch up with a Swift in a 100m dash.
Below 2k rpm, the car coasts around smoothly without much hiccups at all.Absolutely love the 3rd gear : from 20 to 60(my present pre run-in limit), it goes all the way; 60 coming at close to 2300 -2400 rpm.
The turbo boost is felt as soon as the car crosses 2k revs.

Sound deadening is good. Not as good as the Ritz tho. Once outside, the diesel mill is audible. But, get inside the coccon, roll up the windows and play that Bach..its all at peace with the outside world.

The reversing part is the fun bit.Slot into reverse and lighten ur left foot and the car starts rolling without any gas. Guess this is how they make cars now

.Dint have such features when I was rolling around in my amby.
