Many congratulations on choosing a wonderful automobile, Hrishiz! Wish you a million miles of safe and happy driving!

About your under body treatment query: Call up the Fiat India toll free number (1800-209-5556) or the service helpline number (1800-209-7979)or send an email to service@fiapl.com. I'm pretty sure you will get your answer from one of these sources.

Cheers,
Vikram

Congrats Hrishiz on selecting the red BOLD drive . Awaiting pics and drive safe.

Have a question with reference to your SBI loan -> Does the EMI repayment start after a month of releasing the amount or can we chose our repayment start date?
Thanks.

Yes my loan documents were signed on 14th. The first EMI will make me poorer starting 10th September only . But believe me man, its a real pain to go through their loan application+approval+ disbursement process, at a point I wished I had not approached them!

I found them equally good or even better than RF motors (Your other option).
As someone else was mentioning you have to push them a bit. But no complaints. I really appreciate the efforts of a guy named Vinish and yes, Ajay as well (@ concorde)

Having said that buying Wagon-R 2 years back was much more delightful experience.

Another victim of the SBI school of patience.. I have been their victim, twice over, so went with HDFC this time as patience and time was in short supply for me.

Seems like yesterday once more. When the DDiS was launched, it was raining Swift D threads here, and I had one of mine. Need to start my own ownership thread. That will be another Punto thread on t-Bhp !!

Congratulations and welcome to the Punto family.

Congrats Hrishi!

Its a beauty you gotta own and frankly a BOLD move

Regarding the under body treatment, its rightly said, FIAT cars do not need run-in period as well as these underbody anti-rust treatment as they are done from factory level. But i'm sure this won't void warranty!

I did this and wasted around 5k for it for underbody and engine coating!

I Test drove the Punto MJD and what a drive it was though i was struggling using the clutch and dead pedal! I drive a Palio.

Admiration Guaranteed!

Cheers~

Congrats on booking Punto.

As someone else mentioned waiting for car is like waiting for your GF to arrive on time. Use the same technic, can gaze at other Puntos on cochin roads till your beauty arrive in red hot outfit.
