Thats a lot of driving in a month. The car looks smashing. What seats have you opted for?

Finally Serviced as well

I would say I am Impressed. May be because I expected a far lower quality of after sales etc.

We bought this car from ABS Motor gurgaon, no issues there but getting it financed from SBI was a pain. As this is for my wife, it is in her name & she had to personally go to bank twice for getting the loan approved inspite of numerous checks, verfication visits & calls & all documents being in place. But that is why i belive they are offering lower intrest rates.

Back to topic the service

1. Wife called ABS, informed it needs to be serviced. Lady tells she will arrange a driver & advise.
2. A driver calls & come within 1 hour to our home.
3. Takes the car, handover equipments & a receipt of the car.
4. Service center informs car has reached there.
5. Asks for issue, advised about some noises from here & there & a small scratch on left hand side at front bumper & ORVM. (which came due to parking congestion in gurgaon infinity tower office area by a parking guy)
6. After 4 hours the car is delivered, absolutely new, interiors spanking clean. out side shining like glitter.
7. Scratch was treated & was not at all visibile.
8. Drive was very smooth.
9. Gear Shifting & clutch was very smooth.
10 It looked & smelt great.

Total Charges : 0 rs.

Also the temporary number plates were changed to permanent numbers.
I would say 8-9 out 10.

Thanks Sam for sharing your good experience with Fiat service!

Most often people share only the bad experience here, hence the perception...

Thanks for all of your wishes

Yes though nothing for "Run IN" was specified in owner's manual we still did a proper run in till 600-800 kms & did keep a check on speeding till 1000 kms.

For sure I was not alone, the actual owner of this beauty, my wife was with me

I also got my Linea serviced at ABS gurgaon in July and share the same experience as you. I had personally gone there and was welcomed, seated and treated much better than Mahindra and Hyundai treat me.

Car was cleaned well, there were 8 people simultaneously wiping the car after it came from the pressure wash. Interiors were vaccummed etc, would go to ABS for future services too.

A Few More Pics of the trip

As asked by few friends a few more pics. Regret the quality of few as even the camera was Nikon D60 but the weather at Rohtang & on its way was not cooperating.

@SamtheLeo: Glad to hear that you were satisfied with the service. I have also completed 3,000 kms now but can't find time to give the car for service. I will be doing it some time next week, hopefully.

sam, your punto seemed to have been through a lot ... off-roading, heavy rain and all.
And some you had to go through fog too!

Hey is that slushy road on the way to Rohtang pass? Man, I will be so afraid to drive there in a normal car.

Enjoy the italian beauty.

Excellent. Loved to hear about positive feedback on Fiat. I hope that at least 8 out of 10 reviews give Fiat a positive rating in terms of after sales and car quality. Thats the only way sceptics like me will even begin to consider buying a Fiat. After all Fiat has only themselves to blame for digging themselves into this hole in India and its only fair that they do things to repair their image. Lovely car and wishing you thousands of happy kilometers on her.

P/S Thats my favorite color for the GP.
