Wildon - Where did you get it done? Which service center I mean, cause Trident Hyundai at Agara did not have it with them.

I got it from Trident Hyundai - Kalyan Nagar.

Edit:- You have to order it first, it takes 3-4 days to reach here from the vendor.

Great. Hope this does doesn't have any effect on the warranty of the car.

And there is one more slot vacant in between so does this mean that one more additional control can be fitted in it. Also in which version is the feature available by default?

I wonder why Hyundai not given this feature by default after we paid around 6.5 Lac. Its just cost under Rs.542 MRP

Nice. By your pic I thought it to be dark brown. On a closer look it does appear to be black. I think I should go for this. Nice tool to have (Though again, I had this as a standard accessory in my 1998 Mazda. Doesn't the car manufacturers still think that India is ready for these small, nifty and nice to have gadgets as standard fitments?).

Thanks.

I don't really know whether the after market part really fit in to that slot and socket in which wire plugs in.

Unfortunately it all happened before i take out my Cell phone to shoot. Now when the car reaches 40 Kmph all doors automatically get locked.

The other thing is when you unlock the door manually or remote , switches off the engine and remove the key, just wait for 20-30 seconds the doors again automatically locks.

I'm loving it.
You mean to say when you want to stop the car and alight from the car
1. Unlcok the doors manually or by remote
2. Switch off the engine and remove the key from the socket
3. All passengers get down from the car and all doors closed
4. All the doors lock automatically, is that so ?

As per my understanding from the manual there are two types of installation for alarm , in one no need to cut any wires, you only need to plug the wires into the vacant ports. Look like i'have to go for DIY after getting some proper documentation of i20.[/quote]

Hello wildon,

Are we getting any good news on this?
