Strange that you forgot to include the name of the person who first posted the most comprehensive review of the 1.6 Fiesta---

Hey don't wax it every week, you'll ruin the paint. Waxing is okay once in 3 months.

@frankmehta - just because I got the my Fiesta before joining team-bhp, you wont put my name in the list?? My Fiesta is a lot serious than you can imagine.

Thanks

Frankmehta clearly said that '' many more but they are not coming to mind''. Whereas I have checked only the latest list.
Sorry

Wow so many Fiesta owners,
We should meet up for drives, as frank suggests.

OT: I just switched from A: Heel on the floor while operating clutch to B: whole foot off the floor.

'A' used to work just fine with the old Zen, and i10. But 'B' seems to be the way to go for the Fiesta, in my case.

Congrats buddy, i too had a similar issue initially, but it gets better as the miles increase. The gear changes are a lot smoother now at around 2.5k kms.

Hi Govinda / Gautam,

am facing similar issues in my 1.6 Sxi, and in 0-1 and 1-2. i dont have any issue upwards. Am cautiously pressing the clutch hard and full in 0-1 and 1-2, but i can still feel the jerk... i hope these get resolved eventually. my ODO is 475 kms.

@govinda / @ gautam

From the time of delivery my car (1.6ZXi) gear shifts have been very smooth and never had any problem like jerks at any stage.
you can check about this jerk with your dealer - I think it may be okay after some time?
Thanks

Hey Ashish, I think this should become much smoother with time. Dont know if its the car or you getting used to it

Hi nairrk, the problem, at least in my case, is that the shifts were not very smooth, there is no jerk from the car. Its just that the gear shifts were not very smooth, but the problem was only with 1st and 2nd gear. Now its much smoother.

@ Frank: At least we can do a mumbai fiesta owners meet

@Gautam Dhaliwal
Yes good idea
all mumbai/pune fiesta ownes can meet some place in common (Lonavala?)

Meetting all fiesta owner members of TBHP together at one place may be difficult.
(as members are spread all over India)?

Thanks
