Yes, I Know.
But this is one item, the dealer people have put it on their own
(without my prior permission), suggesting that it would match the alloys.

Now the result, as you said - I have to get out of the car whenever I go to check the tyre pressure, and watch what they are doing, so that the boys who do the job will not pocket these caps:Frustrati

+ The way new names are coming up seems its quite possible, Your this thread is creating a lot of interest as it is the one thread having all the information of a car.

(who are not yet on TBHP). if non-member fiesta owners are reading this post, pls join Tbhp and be a part of the 'Fiesta owners gang'. Am sure we will cross 100 in a couple of months. The Fiesta Zxi limited edition will create more frenzy among prospective buyers

Something OT, i was reading the Autobild india car magazine yesterday. The recent issue contains a test of the fastest 0-100 acceleration times for all PETROL cars available in india. They tested 5 cars in each segment and came out with the ranking.

Fiesta scored 13 in overall ranking (competing with Audis and BMWs). In the relevant segment, Fiesta was 2nd, beaten by the new Honda City.

Some interesting 0-100 timings

- Audi A4 - winner - 7.48 secs
- Honda City - Rank 6 - 10.16 secs (The City beats cars like Altis and Civic :Shockked:)
- Fiesta - Rank 13 - 11.98 secs (the pic shown is that of 1.6S - not sure whether there is any difference in the timings of 'S' and 'Sxi' variant)
- SX4 - Rank 15 - 12 secs
Verna doesn't feature in the list (probably since it didnt rank within the top 5 of its segment - we all know Pertol Verna is a poor performer)

Hmm, interesting indeed. Though in real-life driving 0-100 seldom comes into play. What matters more is in-gear acceleration and low end torque, apart from handling.

I'm sure the Fiesta 1.6 will beat the ANHC and most other sedans on these counts. Narain Karthikeyan has stated that the Fiesta 1.6 S has better road manners than even the Civic and Altis.

Hi - any specific suggestion on how to keep the leather upholstery clean ? I have owned my car only for the last 22 days , done 1027 Kms and already I can see significant dirt marks ( black marks ) on the drivers seat ( I drive it myself ) . Any specific leather cleaner I can use ?

10K for Vinyl leather seats are on a higher side I guess. I liked that door scuff. did you get it from the dealer.
