Thanks brother. The FE figures that I am currently getting before 1st service are around 14-15, in city drive.
I haven't been on steep inclines, but I believe the turbo would help on steep inclines. I will surely post the interior pics this week end, before and after fitting the seat covers.

Thanks Shardul, which color did u book? And when will it be delivered to you?
And what's your O.T.R? which city?
Many people have inhibitions regarding the Tdi, but during my 1st test-drive I found that its an under-rated car. The reason being the Quadrajet, it overshadows this one. Both are good in their respective price-points.

- Mine is a Mint white Colour, Expecting to be dilivered by 2 - 3 Feb
- well i too feel the same, the car is not so under power, comparing to the price and usage of the vehicle my family came to a conclusion that tdi suits us the best. Quadrajet is no issue a winner but TDI is no less. O.T.R will post in in few coming days - City - Mumbai
- Aprox the TDi Terra was 408000/-
including
Car
Insurance
Stamp duty
Reg
Mud Flaps
Floor Matting

Good deal bro. By the way what stamp duty are you talking about? Could you throw more light on it? Mint white looks real good with jet black sunfilms, (wouldn't be allowed by RTO though). Nice choice of color man.

No problem bro. By the way is it the O.T.R that you are paying, i believe then that you are getting a jan 2010 mfgd car.
Your plans to paint the roof in black, plus black center pillar, white ORVM would make it look very contrasting and distinct. Would be a nice combination, just like the limited edition. I am not planning to go for any modifications, apart from the mp3 unit.
The FE currently stands around 15, mixed conditions, with 25-40% A.C. There isn't any significant power loss with the A.C. Its not much noticeable. (I switch it on in 3rd gear usually).

ic, such things are unavoidable, like the bank loan process and stuff, they take their own sweet time
Your O.T.R. is 4.08 lacs after discount? I believe it is a bit less in Pune, did you consider that option?
