Prices are perfectly inline with what was predicted on this forum. Fantastic pricing. If Ford can keep up the momentum from the launch and translate it into sales (which it has a very good chance of), it'll be great for the Indian car buyer.

The more I think about the pricing, the more this seems like a no-brainer in this segment.
The perfect mix of dynamics, diesel power, space (pretty good) and price. The only point of contention can be the styling with some people thinking that the styling is not adventurous enough (seems unlikely though).

Figo has made Polo an expensive buy in a minute.
Better engine+wide spread service centres+less price+may give better mileage.
What else an average buyer wants!

VW may had to do a price rethink quickly otherwise polo will go the fabia way.

Anyone knows if TD has started in NCR?

The Figo's drive-me-silly pricing sure will upset a lot of plans. Both for the buyer as well for the manufacturers. Buyers can definitely look forward to even more discounts/corrections on a lot of cars like the swift, ritz and the like in the coming months. Why even the Polo & the I20 must be affected. For the manufacturers, the pricing will surely put several companies plans in dilemma. Tata, Maruti, Hyundai et al. I believe even the "luxury" brands Toyota and Honda will have to rethink strategies for their small cars.

Three cheers to competition!!!!

Looks like Ford revised the service schedule intervals:
First service at 3 months/2500kms
Second and subsequent services at 6 months/1lakh kms.
The fiesta's service is every 6months/10000kms right?

Hope both the petrol and the diesel have the same schedule.
