Congrats. You missed out two features which you have missed from the Altis-

Rear disc brakes and climate control.

the dash light looks great. How much did you pay? Is the dash lite a genuine Honda accessory?

Just to be a bit more clear. Which is the xtra part that you paid for. You mean the thin strip running along the glove box and to the right?

Thanks TheBeastFieast & kalyan_hyd.
I keep a very light foot on the pedal. Have not revved it beyond 2.5 K rpm and 80kmph.
Waiting for the run-in period to get over. Since i drive very less so i guess it will take another month or so for me to cross 1000 kms.
Will be going in for 1st service on 17th April, any pointers for the first service guys?

Follow the regular T-BHP service checklist(http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/indian...ice-visit.html) procedure.

Aren't you planning for a 2500 kms run-in recommended by T-BHP (http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/owning...r-new-car.html) ?

The first scratch

Guys it has happened !
Scratched the rear fender of the car while reversing. Though have got it touched up and now it shows much less, but it still pains my heart. Somehow my eyes just get stuck over that portion of the car only.
Honda quotes 3.5 for repaint, even though the scratch is like the 3 cms long.
Please advice if i should go for repainting or not.

Just use T-bhp or some other sticker to make it invisible if it suits.

I know how hard it is to see such a scratch on a brand new car. I have one on my rear bumper as well.

But, my suggestion is to go for paint job only in case the area affected is more. Just for 3cms I would rather restrict myself with touch up.

As suggested you can opt for a T-BHP sticker.
