Its a Linea with 18 Pantaloons Femina Miss India 2010 finalists surrounding it. It came in Bangalore Times, on 24th April 2010. Here is the link :

KHT motors is newly opened showroom in Brookefields near Cosmos Mall. May be because its a new showroom, the Punto booking and delivery experience was very good!

Hey arun, what are you excited about, this humongously beautiful white babe in birthday suite or those somethings beside that babe?

+1 to e_t about the mud flaps.
about the mud flaps (similar to what sujith has on his punto), am in two minds whether to take them off of my car or not!! had no idea they'd look really ugly before the dealership actually put them on. There are little holes drilled on the frame and the flaps are screwed in!! It's so shabbily installed that if one of them were to fall off or removed, you can actually see those holes and the shabby drill job around that area!

Am on the look out for trendy looking flaps, like the ones on swifts. Let me know if you guys have any ideas.

Btw, for folks who read my earlier post (a few days ago) on the GTO Punto thread, my AC is working fine! Apparently, it was a case of a Freon Gas/Liquid leak. It's been fixed by Concorde to my satisfaction!!

i suggest you remove the mud flaps from rear only and keep the front ones. Its the ones in rear that spoils the look IMO

hey buddy, thanks for the suggestion, true that the rear mudflaps are the ugliest of the two but something tells me the car will look incomplete and a little funny with just one set of mudflaps.

here is what am interested in, (FIAT GRANDE PUNTO (NEW) MUD FLAPS ,GENUINE FIAT , NEW on eBay (end time 16-May-10 22:42:29 BST)) Looks chic and serves the purpose, similar to the ones on swifts! Unfortunately, this one ships only within the UK.

Let me know if other punters are looking for something similar? Maybe we can contact this seller and order as bulk? just a thought.

Fiat needs to keep the excitement levels up by constantly upgrading the product and service quality. Also, bring in new versions, like the Punto Sport.
I am cautiously optimistic that Fiat India can truly turn around. They have the products to do so.

Thanks K C!

I too hate the mud flaps. As suggested by SoccerFan, I plan to remove only the rear ones.

First Long DRIVE

Hi all,

3 weeks past of the delivery of our PUNTO, today(15th May) at 2240Hrs we as a family left for the BIAL for a long drive. The drive was of a total distance of 82.8KM, with a max Avg-mileage of 21.7KM/L ("Couldn't click picture as the weather was bad and traffic too!")

The AvgA reading was rising steadily by 0.1unit from 14.4KM/L, at Home to 21.7KM/L near Yelahanka. The Drive was very good, but the rain spoilt the fun ("I HATE rain, and WET Roads"). On the way back touched 100Km/h+ again the because of the weather didn't take risk of clicking pics.

Here are a few pictures for the day : ENJOY maddi
