I dont think one gets a choice of interiors. As per my knowledge, they come with same blue interiors.

How frequently do I need to get Wheel alignment and balancing?

In the AMC whic I have taken for 2 years, Wheel alignment and balancing is done yearly or every 10000 kms. Does that suffice or is it needed more frequent? Every 5000 kms or 6 monthly?

Let us get things clarified.

Blue interiors come in following variants ONLY -

ZXi - White, Blue, Black and Silver colored models.

Grey interiors come in following variants -

ZXi - Grey, Green, Red and Chocolate colored models.
VXi - All the models.
LXi - All the models.

All Zxi variants come with Blue interiors. I have seen all colours in ZXi variants. They were all with Blue Interior.
The rest( Vxi,Lxi,Vdi,Ldi) come with Grey interiors.

Probably they have changed it now then. Check out Nikhil's green ZXi. It has grey interiors.

I would suggest stick to 6 months or 5000 kms.
Because this time when i did the same after my 5k servicing i could immediately feel the difference.

You are right there is grey black option available in the interior, same as the one you mentioned on Nikhil's post.

I have VXi ABS Jan 2010 model and it has the grey black which is the same as the one on Nikhil's car. Someone i know has July 2010 model and that also has the grey black interiors

Thank god. I was thinking of a white zxi. I am opting for a Vxi now.
