I did not mean to be harsh - Sorry!

It is one of the traffic rules, not to use high beam inside city.

Please give your feedback on the headlight - once you are back.

It was raining on that day. Two wheeler behind me skid and rammed sideways on the bumper. I think his leg guard (rod) hit the bumper.

Bumper is cut in the middle (vertically) - But not torn in the edges. It does not shake either. Plastic is quite thick and does not move easily, even when pressed hard.

I taught of leaving it - as it is. It does not look odd. It may become worse if I try to do anything.

What do you say? I will post some pics tomorrow.

Chetan, I would have got it replaced. I just can't tolerate blemishes on such beautiful car.
There was a small change in my travel plan. Had to shorten the trip to around 130Km. Few fresh pictures of Polo.
The fog lamps have been turned on.
Iam totally pleased by the mileage the car is providing.19.2kmpl..!! Mind you, this is not a diesel car. But ~1050Kg well built 1.2L petrol hearted car .

Absolutely, the car has brought down my fuel bills considerably. I am consistently getting a mileage of around 13.2-13.5 in City.
On highways I am sure you can cross 20kmpl if you cruise around 60-75Kmph. I got the above figure by doing so.

If I replace the bumper, it will be painted by the Dealer - Will it be as good? This is what makes me think!

Wow! I suppose you are able to extract great mileage considering 17.2 km/l as the ARAI figures. Keep us posted about any new "discoveries" of Polo in terms of design and configuration. I am sure many would-be-owner and prospective owners of Polo are monitoring these Polo threads with great interest.
to Team-BHP for providing this excellent and well controlled forum.

Avon, Today my daughter was not feeling well. So I was extremely light footed and never exceeded 70Kmph on the highway. So the mileage kept climbing all the way. But if you start cruising over 100Kmph mileage will settle around 17.xx.
Polo is 2 months old and run around 2200km. The ownership so far can be termed as an absolute delight. Not a single issue has been reported so far.I have forgot the way to the dealership The service is still 300 days or 12800Km away.

This gives me immense confidence in my decision to go with Polo! It may be slightly here but this would be my first car and I am hoping all Polo owner`s experience is same like yours!
Thanks to you, Chethan, Gaurav and other Polo owners for sharing their experience and of course GTO`s review

Congrats mueen for the white beauty. White polos are becoming quite popular in Bangalore. I simply love the classic look of the car in white. You will get good mileage if you follow the standard fuel saving driving practices. In highways cruise around 60-70 to get excellent figures.
