Back side tint should have been single film, as the glass has to be removed, it is done 3 times

After my comfortable seating position (6'2"), see the real leg room space behind driver seat - Figo's positive feature without compromising boot

Nice informative pictures.

Boot mats are yet to arrive at my dealer. I also see Figo scuff plates. How much do they cost?

Hey, remove the plastic covers. Figo seat fabric is really nice!

Scuff plates are 1010. Yes it is helpful in handling the foot mark scratches.
Yes I do want to remove the plastic covers - bit irritating. But my kids jump here and there and to be removed to put a decent fabric seat cover shortly.

Its the in city drives that kill the FE on the Figo. trrk has proved it with his scangauge. The fact that he has got good experience driving diesels and that the best and worst figures in normal driving has come from him is more than enough proof.

The other day i spoke to one guy who has a swift Vdi. I asked him what mileage he gets in city. He immediately said 20. I bugged him more and he said he thinks he gets 18. I'm sure that figure would have reduced further if i had been adamant on an actual figure.

I spoke to another friend of mine who owns a Palio MJD. I know him very well and for sure know that he would not bluff. Guess what he told me he is getting in city ...10km/l !!! But his runs are very short. Around 4km one way to his office.

I really think anything around 14km/l in city driving with a/c should be a good mileage for a diesel. Its these sales guys who promise us anything above 18 in city and 24 on highways that increase our expectations to levels that can never be satisfied on a regular basis.

You haven't removed the plastic on the music system?

And about the underbody coating, If at all you plan to get it done, i think its better to do it from the service centre. That way you could get the touch up done during services without having to visit another place for this purpose.
Hi Gemi,

My Punto MJD is 436 Kmts and 4 days old, the MID shows FE 13.5 after a round trip to Nandi hills (100Kmts) remaining bumper to bumper bangalore city traffic always ACC on, never crossed 100/Kmts and 3K rpm. Hope this would improve further . My 2006 wagonR in similar conditions used to give 13.5-14.0 (Tank full to Tank full method).

Yes absolutely. The service station guy said - nothing, just push inside, but I was not willing to do. Will ask them during first service. I think your R&D capabilities in Figo are increasing day by day

Gemi - it works. Fender has gone little bit inside when I pushed a bit.
There are only 6 preset Memory for FM & AM stations. How to configure if there are more stations (more than 6) in a place like chennai.
