Re: Ownership Review of the infamous 'Lucifer' BMW Z4

Well, thoughts are beyond words that I know. With time, I've started to admire your imaging skills more than the Lucifer himself!!! Keep the snaps pouring in...I'm waiting without blinking.

Re: Ownership Review of the infamous 'Lucifer' BMW Z4

Bit late but still Congratulations Tushar for your gorgeous and curvaceous Babe. No doubt the car is like beauty personified but i must say your photography skills have taken it to a different level all together. You must be enjoying those envious, jealous and at times appreciation and admiration glances or may be glares. I hope beggars don't dare to come near to your babe at traffic signals because it may lead to scratches. Also, by now i suppose a lot more vehicles have changed their route to have a glace of your cars as you have mentioned for the Bug in your another post, i hope this wont end up in a traffic jam in front of your house

Re: Ownership Review of the infamous 'Lucifer' BMW Z4

Sorry for late reply guys, i was out on a week long holiday.
thank you all
@theragingbull I appreciate it. I'm glad these pics are here for some good purpose, i'll update you guys with better pics.

@avishar : Thank you . I've tried flooring it but if you noticed these roads are covered with sand, traction goes haywire and so does the braking. I've left that for empty stretches on highway, until the central avenue road repairs are through.

@shk 8896 : it has come to trichur only once, it was in chethala for about a year and now in bhilai.

@MudMover : thanks buddy, i enjoy being behind the camera as much as i love driving. I'll make sure this thread has some real quality pics.

@arpanjha : Bhilai has one of the best straight wide roads sans much traffic around albeit most are under repair ( read: upcoming local elections). Be my guest.

@dkb007 : Firstly, Not many people are aware of this car in town, as its not taken out often, its usually driven either early mornings or late nights. On my porch,to avoid unwanted attention and obviously bhilai being dusty, lucifer is mostly kept "under-cover".

@aa_asif : Thank you. I use a dated workhorse: Nikon D200, most of these pics were shot through : Nikkor fixed 85mm 1.8, Nikkor fixed 50mm 1.8, Nikkor 10-24mm, Sigma 18-55mm 4.5.

Who needs studio lights, when nature gives you the best.

I let out the lucifer this morning to stretch. While i was at it, i found myself a "Recipe" : 1. An open Highway, 2. Bunch of Clouds and 3. Pinch of Light( light to taste) Mix them well and baked for 10mins in the light room: A La' Photo-touille.
Never had so much fun taking pics from a cell phone.
bon appétit

Re: Ownership Review of the infamous 'Lucifer' BMW Z4

Great pictures and write up Tushar. The Z4 has long been on my wish list. How is the overall ownership experience been ? What made you choose the Z4 over the SLK and the 3 Series Convertible ? I have a friend who bought a 3 convertible in the US for 43000 odd dollars equal to about 20-25 lacs, its unfair how the taxes ruin these cars for us in India. I hope you continue to have a great experience with the car and keep us updated with great pictures and write up.

Re: Ownership Review of the infamous 'Lucifer' BMW Z4

I feel you have done great justice to your car by clicking those really good pictures. Thanks for sharing your ride with all of us in such a manner.

Wish you many endless empty curvy roadways with Lucifer.

P.S. If you want to use her to her full potential come to Chennai and take her on the Track, if you do, don't forget to invite me ;-)
