Wonderful log Deky, I am planing the same drive starting on 01 June from Pune in Ford Fusion. During the initial phase I am staying for a couple of Days at Raju Guest House in Gushaini approach via CHD-Kiratpur-Sundernagar and mandi. Cross over Jalori pass and catch the NH-22, till Kaza. The plan is to cross-over to Manali, if Kunzum is open, that will around 14-15 June, otherwise retrace the route. Thanks again, your log will help in planning my trip

At the onset i would like to appreciate the very nicely written TL . It was a really quick trip yet with lots of moments to appreciate the beauty for which the trip was undertaken.
Wanted to know that you had written about getting permits to Kaurik from the DC office , could you tell me which DC office are you referring to and is the path to Kaurik motorable
