I stayed at INS Chilka, a sailors' training establishment of the Indian Navy.

If you have a full day available for sightseeing, one day should suffice at Chilka. Predatorwheelz has provided excellent details.

Thanks Debuda, I have been a great fan of yours even since I read your north-sikkim travelogue (I was a not a tbhp member then). I came across this TL while looking for info on Vizag since I am planning a trip to Vizag soon. Very unique style of story-telling through pictures. I thoroughly liked it!
