Stunning snaps, amazing talents Yogesh.I salute you my friend and wish you a very happy and advanturous life ahead.God bless you.clap:

I dont know but this happens to me every time I ride to the Himalays . As soon as as I start unpacking my bags from my bike I feel like putting them back and head right back . I guess one can go for a ride but never come back...

thanks ECM

bhogalrajnish quite true brother, in fact i want to do a month long trip to ladakh + spiti this. not sure if i would be able to do it, but in any case will try to make it a longer trip this time around.

Went through your trip log for each day, and it gave me goose pimples - the pictures and the text transported me to the mountains. The only worrying bit was the last section when you were apparently riding half asleep, even falling asleep for a few seconds while riding. I wouldnt do that, my friend. However, fortune favours the brave so you were entitled to your share of luck.

Sujit, Rudro - when do we hit the trail????

some more for ur Spiti, Ladkah dreams - tho back in 03 i sucked at photography and the camera badly needed cleaning/service.

from my never completed log:

(there's a shorter verison in there somewhere - which has since been published in the AMH)

Dying to another trip, seem to have got stuck in the city (place, not car)

Hey Yogesh,

I must admit, these are one of best pics i have seen till today, i went thru ur website, the snaps are mind blowing........I had never seen a pulsar look so beautiful.....may be u could send it to bajaj group......

any ways an excellent write up and kudos to ur photography........loved it dude...this thread deserves all the stars

thanks Steeroid, i know i shouldnt have done the Srinagar - delhi stretch in one go, but it was a totally different experience. Since I am pretty much use to riding for 16-17 hours in a day, after doing a night shift! I thought it would be easy, but I guess days of fatigue and night riding made their presence felt. But it was a learning experience none the less and the knowledge that I can do some thing like this if the need be, makes it all worth while. Although I doubt I will do it again :)

hi Sameer, went through your writeup and pics and all I can say is finish it if you can. I really want to know what happened after tabo. Earlier this year I was planning to do leh and spiti, but I don’t want to rush things, so will only do them together if I can manage a month long trip. other wise will do leh this year and spiti next year.

Thanks sharu

Yeah I intend to. I'd written down my daylogs on scraps of paper - just need to type them out. It'll probably happen over a good weekend :)
