Wonderful pics, Subrat! I haven't seen such a cute-looking hyena yet. Share more pics!

The first snap was epic. Even getting the hyenas in such a manner should have been either luck or a tough job.

Keep them coming. Drive safe.

Cheers
Thank you so much. Hyena sighting was a luck for me.

Any other stay options nearby, that you looked at? Blackbuck lodge looks pricey.
The best and only option other than Blackbuck lodge is Forest Department's Guest house. Neat, clean and basic but prompt service.

Thank you so much. I would love to be in the jungle and pursue this seriously. However, in India, option of running the kitchen fire burning and buying bread out of wildlife photography is almost rare. Except, few, hardly, wildlife photographer's earn. The only option is to run a travel company. Now any one doing wildlife photography for sometime is either wants to open a travel company or want to be part of it. So that he can compensate for his travel expenses. However, i may consider it after some years. Thank you so much again.

Every one said about the pictures. So I'm not going to add my two pennies here. But great to see that in an automobile forum, you made everyone talk about photography and stuff - completely forgetting about the wheels, drives, routes, experiences etc!

Keep it up!!

Some amazing frames and moments seen in your photologue. Also you seem to have been lucky on the part of getting to see so much of wild life there, or is it a common sight there?

Just back from a trip into the western ghats and starting to plan the next during monsoon. Is it advisable to go for Blackbuck national park during monsoon.

Thank you so much. I have succeeded now. It is necessary to preserve the habitat now. So awareness is necessary. There could be counter argument that by visiting these forest we are disturbing animals. But it is not safe now with lots of poaching etc. So, once we realize the ecosystem, we will protect it. I am happy to reignite your desire to visit national parks.

Thank you so much for your appreciations. The name Blackbuck National park stands as sightings of Blackbuck is plenty. Hyena and other animal sightings are not as good as Blackbuck. Most of the national parks closed during monsoon i.e., June 15 to October 15. I would suggest you to visit during winter and stay in the forest guest house. It's an amazing experience.

Speachless! No need to repeat what all others have said. Another feather to your wildlife travelogues list. Good to know the pictures are not filtered through effects but just basic post processing. They very well justify your skill and gear.

Seeing a Toyota FJ in the frist pic which is also posted in the home page, I thought this is some foreign land. Can't believe resorts in India are using them for safari.
