Re: W.E.S.T. - Western End from Southern Tip

Amazing TL. Well described and the details are just perfect for anyone who would like to attempt the same route or a part of it.

Even we would like to ask the same question...WHAT NEXT?

I wish it is even bigger and better than this one. Keep driving.

Hemant,

Cant resist myself with a one liner "content post"

Is there anything that you do; not epic?

That summarizes it for me.

A wholehearted 5 star rating. Really amazing journey. Truly inspired me very much. Nice photos too. I live in Trivandrum and now, after reading such a wonderful travelogue, I am planning a portion of your trip i.e., Trivandrum to Goa very soon.

Wow...wow...wow...completely awestruck with your travelogue. Just the sheer time and patience you need to finish such a detailed and well composed travelogue is commendable. I bet the trip was totally worth every moment and every penny spent. You and Mohith sure have the eyes for capturing the moments. What are your plans for 2016 travelogue?

Keep travelling and keep posting...!

Many congratulations Hemanth and Mohith, awesome photos and travelogue with complete details - left me speech less. Did you change the engine oil or top up the air pressure any time during the journey ?

What am amazing travelogue this is! I am amazed by the amount of details you have put in. Hats off man.

Now that you have done so many trips around India and have created such amazing travelogues, how about compiling them all into a book?

The Punto seemed to have fared well everywhere too despite having 17 inch alloys with low profile tyres.

Engine oil didn't need any top up. I had checked a couple of times.
As I have written, It was serviced only ~1000kms before the trip and the entire trip was only around 7000 Kms.
It was changed 9months and 6000Kms later during its regular service.
Like I have mentioned, tyre pressure was topped up at the end of the journey when all the rough terrain was over

Thanks amansanc
Many people gave me that Book idea last time itself. Let me see if and when it materialises
The roads overall were very good everywhere. So the wheels and tyres were never a problem.

That's the reason our cars say "Live to Drive"

Between, driving and writing, I can safely say writing and getting the right chronology of events is tougher!

Cheers

Dear Rajain,

I agree totally!
Even if my English is good, I feel getting the right 'spirit' conveyed correctly is always a challenge.
Full credit to you for achieving that!
