Thanks, RedDevil_KP. That seems to be the most common reaction I get for this picture!

Brilliant snaps!! I particularly liked the crested eagle looking you in the eye. That's excellent. Thanks for sharing.

Absolutely amazing photographs Jaisimha!!! Photos are strictly professional. Can't believe that these are captured in 2000+ ISO.

My vote is for THE "Gray Langur". Looks like a monk just woke up from deep meditation who has Rim of light as a boon. Awesome posture from her and Brilliant photography by you. KUDOS my friend!!!

Thanks, RomeoAlpha22. Nice description for The Monk, although given that it is a She, shouldn't it be The Nun (or The Monkess or whatever!)?

Very nice photos. The D7200 is impressive in its low light capabilities.

Not much difference in controls between a D90 and a D7x00. One needs to fiddle around with AF and auto ISO, and figure out the difference in metering, when moving to a D7x00.

The controls are different in a D5x00. The biggest difference is the lack of dual wheels.

Thank you Stryker, for these amazing pictures. The passion for capturing wildlife on camera shows. I particularly liked the picture of the peacock in all its glory, followed in close second place by the Langur in reverie.
Kabini is on my list of places to visit and this only makes my longing even deeper.
Thanks for sharing.

Superb pics Stryker.

I was thinking this is your old Kabni travelogue, only today noticed the 'Again' in title.

Yes this trip with wildlife photographers seems to be more interesting. I am sure you would have loved it clicking it as much as I am loving it seeing the pictures...

Stryker, that was one evocative post & I fully endorse your view that it is worth many revisits. The photos are terrific and I'm glad I came upon your thread - it is not too common to come across so many birds of prey. We go to Uttaranchal (Naukuchiatal) every year since the past 18 years (my thread "Naukuchiatal - far from the madding crowd") and I can appreciate your attachment to Kabini. It will certainly be on our radar from now on.
