Sorry i don't have any specific recommendation for private ones.
But i can suggest that best is to stay in Jungle Lodges Resort run by Karnataka government for Bandipur side. That is pretty good. Driving to Mudumalai is just a few minutes away from Bandipur.

Jungle lodges and resorts will be the best bet , both at Kabini and at Bandipur. Their packages include all meals and safaris. You can book them online.
