The park opens on 1st october I think, and anyways the resort is on the outskirts of the park not inside. Safari is available but seperately I think. I'm not a fan of Safaris actually, did it in may this year while i was staying at Dhikala (Which is the best guest house but is givt. owned & is located deep inside the forest, about 30 kms inside!!) It was an early morning Elephant Safari & was bloody uncomfortable & taking pictures was even harder

More report & stuff coming but pictures first as I am rooting for this place as an option for our next meet. So I want people to see more of the resort & get an idea!

No it's actually about 35-40 kms from Kashipur. You might be going through that route to Rudarpur. So from Kashipur you have to go straight towards Ramnagar instead of turning right for Rudarpur. Ramnagar is about 28 kms from Kashipur (beautiful, scenic drive!) & then from Ramnagar it's about 10kms. further on the road travelling on the boundary of Corbett National Park.

Do go there if you can you won't regret it. It's a nice, modern resort & is beautifully built & maintained too!!

(Sorry for picture quality as I forgot to carry my camers & these were taken via a Nokia 6270)
