November 1st and 2nd weak should be okay to travel. However, weather in Sikkim is very unpredictable. In case of sudden snowfall or muddy road riding with pillion is more comfortable because of weight distribution and prevent tail slide. I have experienced the same many times when I used to travel in bike.

Great ... Did you booked the Himalayan from Gangtok ? What is the per day rent ? Are they offer permit for bike also along with the bike?

Yes I rented the Himalayan from Gangtok. The rent was Rs.1500/day and a refundable deposit of Rs. 3000/-. The cost of getting the permit papers would be an additional cost of Rs. 1200 to Rs. 1400.
