Chicago House Boat Srinagar - 4.5 K per night including breakfast and dinner. Dinner was good, Breakfast was okay. House boat was very clean, room and bathroom were very clean and spotless with good linens. The owner arranged a car for srinagar sight seeing charging 2K per day.

Gulmarg Meadows - 4.8K per night with breakfast and dinner with snacks. Food was good. Very clean and excellent tented accommodation.

Hospitality Inn Srinagar - 2.5 K per night with breakfast and dinner. This is a home stay little inside srinagar behind nigeen lake. Impeccable service. The room is little small with a very clean bath room. Completely carpeted house. The owner Ryaz took care of us very well. Food was too good. We being veggies, they went out of the way to cook for us. It was so yummy served in traditional manner.

Farah's home stay - Around 5K per night with Breakfast and dinner. Superb place. Awesome experience. Each room was absolute beauty with european interiors. The place had blend of french and kashmiri touch. The food was very very good. Again customized for us. We relished it completely.

Milky Way Cottage, Aru - around 3K per night with all three meals. Room and bathrooms were clean. Best Hospitality. The food was absolutely fantastic. They packed sandwiches for us and we returned from our day trek, they also served evening meal and dinner separately. Made the true kashmiri veg pulao for us specially. We felt like luring the cook back to bangalore.

The tariff is for two adults and kid. Value for money in almost all places.
