Your patience has paid off mate. I think you are well seasoned to do a perfect forest camping.

That was an amazing narration of what you had experienced and I think I am reading the post for the nth time to feel what you had experienced that night.

As I have recently developed liking towards jungle stays and safaris, visited Bandipur, Mudhumalai and Parambikulam in the last one year, but was not lucky enough to sight any big cats. All that I have spotted was the deer, elephants, wild boars, morning birds and bear. Planning Wayanad very soon.

What a brilliant writeup combined with excellent photography

While reading it, I felt as if I am in the hammock and seeing the drama unfold in front of my eyes
