Thanks for the lovely log. Brought back memories of my own trip to Bhutan which I did ages ago in a Maruti Omni.

BTW, I also drive a SX4 ZDi which is now 7+ years old. But I never had any problem with the illumination from the stock headlamps even on highways. Are not the headlamps the same for ZDi and ZXi?

I am not sure of that but the headlight issue of SX4 is a common phenomenon. You can find many such posts here in TBHP as well.
