Wow!!! Just unbelievable. Those are some pics buddy. How did you ever get some of those shots? I have become a fan of your photography skills. Looking for an apprentice? Lol :).... Teach me how to do that. You are a genius with a camera. Naah - correction a super genius.
Absolutely FANTASTIC!
Your photography is exactly what these cars needed. Unfortunately TBHP is compressing the pictures badly, but if you can PM me a link to the high res pictures, I will be really happy.
I'm a Mercedes man through and through and the pics of the W124 and the W126 are brilliant. I wish there was a W140 there as well. It's one of my all time favourite Mercs.
An E39 5 Series would have been the cherry on the icing on the cake!
Some stunning pictures there mate. An ideal way to spend the weekend.
I can't really decide which car to choose out of these.
I have driven an LHD E30 Wagon in Belgium. I think it was a 316i, but I am not sure. One sweet car that is. Such a joy to drive. The driving position was spot on, with good visibility all around. No complex electronics interfering. Just you and the car.
A pic of the E30 Wagon:
W124's just exude timeless elegance !
Kudos to the owners keeping all these yesteryear heroes in such fantastic (& original) shape.
im sure once this is a larger event, the generation gaps can be filled :)
Thank you for sharing these amazing pictures ///RMan. The way you have captured these Ageless beauties, it made them look more and more beautiful at every angle and those pictures you have taken inside the tunnel, are just incredible. clap:
Give me sometime to pick up my jaw from the floor!!!
Amazing photography skills and beautiful machines.
I have always loved Beemers and I am mesmerized by the way they are looking in the morning sun.
Hats off to the owners for maintaining them so well. Money can buy you the cars but class is needed to maintain them the way they are.
Respect.
Some serious class there with both the machines and their pictures. Pictures oozes as much class as the cars themselves. BMW E30 is such a timeless design. I will prefer it over many of todays jazzed up Beemers. Thanks for sharing.
Not to forget, these are the cars in their purest form in terms of mechanicals. No gizmos, no complicated electronics, no fancy gadgets. Just sheer driving pleasure.
Looks like a wonderful and fun morning. Great professional shots. I hope you were not hanging out of your car to take them. Miss my W124 250 Diesel. Must have made at least 100 trips up and down to Pune in the 10 years I had it
Lovely Pics RMan. And these pics are best captured when the cars are on the move. The M3 - is it s genuine M3 or a badged one? I had seen a similar convertible M3 (same color, same wheels) but that was badged as a 328.

Thank You! I still have not found the time to upload these (and a lot many other pictures) to someplace where I can share them in high-res. As and when I do that, I shall share a link with you for sure. I hope you go through the link shared by v12 below, have posted some W140 and E39 525tds pics there.

Thanks a lot. Indeed is the perfect way to spend the Sunday morning for me.
And the E30 Wagon looks lovely! Wish we had a few examples of that down here.

Gotta agree, the owners keep their babies in top shape almost all year round. Takes a lot of effort.

Thanks You. Far from a professional, but always happy to be appreciated!
Any pictures of your W124? Do you know if it is still around?

Thank You! The E36 is a legit M3, the transmission has been swapped to a manual from the original SMG by a BHPian. You can read about it
here.
Where had you seen the similar car you mention above? Any pics? Curious!
Damn those pics are drool worthy! Btw...is it just me or does the W124 series have their front suspension raised up higher than normal?
