1. How many countries have you visited.

Singapore, Taiwan, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Hongkong, Macau, England, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Rome

2. Among the countries visited, how many have you driven on.

None, but in all countries, i have travelled in a car, but with a driver.
This is because, most of these travels are on short business. We are generally advised not to drive in a foreign land while on official business. This is basically to avoid any remote chances of accidents and/or getting into any legal issues.

3. Which is your favourite country (overall experience).

Other than India, I have appreciated all the countries. the countries that really facinated me is Rome, Hongkong, China.

4. Which is the country you loved driving on.

Every country has a unique behaviour with the driving. I like the very systematic drving in England, mostly GPS assisted. I have liked the promptness of Dutch drivers. I have liked the courtesy and service mindset in China, Taiwan, Singapore. I have liked the knowledge levels of the drivers in singapore.

India:

1. How many states have you visited.

Karnataka, Goa, Maharastra, Kerala, Tamilnadu, Andra Pradesh,
Gujrat, Rajastan, Delhi, Uttara Pradesh, Madyapradesh, Punjab, Haryana.

2. Among the states visited, how many have you driven on.

I have driven (myself) in Maharastra, Goa, Karnataka, in rest of the places i have travelled in hired cars/vehicles.

3. Which is your favourite state (overall experience).

In fact whole India is my favourite, there is so much explore.

4. Which is the state you loved driving on.

Maharasta (ofcourse), probably today the best roads are in Maharastra.

Among the countries visited how many have you driven on?
Thailand, Norway, Holland

Italy, no doubt about that. Love the history, the architecture, the coffee and the women. Its actually very similar to India in many ways so you feel very much at home.

Which is the country you loved driving on?
Not many countries that i have driven in so it wont be a fair judgement, but out of the three I mentioned, maybe it will be Norway as the scenery around as you drive in the country side is breathtaking.

All except Goa, Arunachal, Nagaland, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, Bihar & Chattisgargh.

International Cities visited Repository

Team,

Everytime either me or my friends think of travelling to a foreign country. First thing that comes to mind is, can we contact someone who has already visited the place, in order to get details.

To enable this communication, I was thinking probably we can make a repository of places visited by each member. This would mean, when someone is supposed to go to a place, all he has to do is search in this thread and then IM the members to get more details.

I did go thro the threads existing already. The problem is not everyone who has been to a place makes a travellogue of places visited by them. Moreover, the searching also does not give desired results.

Anyway, here is my details for a start:

Places visited by me:
Bangkok, Thailand
Guangzhou, China
Chongqing, China

Mods: please merge this thread if some thread already exists with this details. Please check if the location of this thread is correct.
