I tanked up at Rapar and it was good enough for the entire Dholavira stretch. There are two pumps, an Essar and a Reliance. Essar seemed cleaner and larger so I went with that. I had more than half a tank yet I tanked up there, just to be on the safer side. Once you return to the NH while going to Bhuj there will be many options so I don't think you need to carry a Jerry can.

Not sure what time you will reach Dholavira. Either reach by lunch time and eat at the resort or eat at some place before reaching Chitrod. There are hardly any options to eat after that and the ones which I could see don't look the most hygienic of places.
